In the delightful setting of Pickford House, an evening of fine dining and celebration started with a selection of Canapés followed by Salmon Risotto, Bakewell tart and Cheese Boards for guests to indulge in. The menu comprised of a range of my signature canapés including Asparagus wrapped in parma-ham and Filo pastry, Arancini Balls, Mini roast beef Yorkshires with horseradish mustard and Carrot Fritters with a yoghurt dip to name a few.
